Shipping Information
Interlect CID strives to offer an exceptional shipping experience. All items are packaged to ensure safe delivery. Interlect CID’s standard shipping method is via UPS. Interlect CID’s participating vendors may use other means of transit (including, but not limited to, UPS, USPS, Fedex or common carrier). Based on product availability, orders received prior to 4pm EST will ship the same day, with orders received after 4pm EST shipping the following business day. Please note that orders received after 4pm EST on a Friday afternoon, will not ship until the following Monday (provided that date is not an observed Holiday by the freight carrier). In the event that unforseen circumstances prevent an order from shipping in a timely manner, you will be contacted via email.
At this time Interlect CID is able to offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options to Street Addresses and PO Boxes in the Continental US for select products. Please be advised that due to size restraints of PO Boxes certain items may be restricted to Street Address delivery only. Please also note that some of our expedited UPS shipping options require signature at the time of delivery. Some products are restricted to ground shipping only and will be indicated as such when placed in the shopping cart. Be advised that shipping costs are directly related to item weight. Please review your selected items carefully, especially when requesting expedited shipping of heavy items.
It should be understood that all oversized/heavy items (such as furniture and TV’s) will be delivered by a common carrier “curbside”. This means you will have to make your own arrangements to get these items inside as it is not the responsibility of the carrier. White Glove Service* may be available at an additional shipping fee on certain oversized models. Please email us for additional details. *White Glove Service varies based on item and may include initial delivery past the first threshold of your delivery address (or up one flight of stairs).
All items must be inspected for damage prior to accepting delivery. It is absolutely necessary that you check for damage upon receipt of your order, and if found – REFUSE delivery due to damage, and obtain a CONTROL number from the shipper. If you are not available when an item is delivered and the carrier leaves it at the door and you find it to be damaged, please contact us at sales@interlectcid.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please note, failure to report damage could delay or negate any claim you may have. Please contact Interlect CID (sales@interlectcid.com) within 24 hours to report damage so a claim can be filed.
For televisions above 37 inches: An adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier’s release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to Interlect CID’s Policy that you cannot return the television to Interlect CID for a refund, and that the condition of the delivery is satisfactory.
